Welcome to Eastwood! At our centre we take pride in promoting a positive learning environment where the children are supported by a passionate and experienced teaching team.  Most of our families live locally providing the centre with a welcoming community feel and as many of our families are from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, this provides a rich learning opportunity for all our children and families.  Located within the grounds of the TG Milner Oval, we benefit from being able to explore the natural environment around us.  Why not come and see for yourself, we'd only be too happy to take you on a tour of our centre.

Learning about Colours at Eastwood

Children love to draw and colour using their imagination. They talk about their favourite colours, use more colours in their drawing and recently started talking about rainbows. To stimulate their interests in colours and further learning, the Joey group did a science experiment about colours to learn primary colours and secondary colours. view more

'Create a Bear' at Eastwood

Our children were surprised with a delightful opportunity to create their very own stuffed toy. With choices ranging from the Heart Bear to Bennie the Tiger and Pinky the Pig with a beautiful assortment of outfits and a sparkling wish star, this was a very special treat for all our little ones. Nature Walk Learning Experience

The preschoolers from our Eastwood centre take a walk around the local oval, exploring the nature around them. Taking paper, pencils, a football, a basket for collecting and their senses, the preschoolers observed the sounds, smells, colours, shapes and touch of their surroundings.
